Culver Songalia

Last Sunday I was about to finalize the songs that we are going to record supposedly tomorrow, Wednesday but unfortunately it didn’t push through because the drummer is absent and the another guitarist which is new to our band will make sepra pa to our original songs which is very madali lang naman. Everytime na mangyayari ito ay parang nagkaka phobia na ako because this is what happened to Sandthorns, my other band, and I am thinking of disbanding it now.

In my office too, there are lot of things that are delayed. For example the new products that I have suggested is still on process because of lack of manpower. The hiring of corporate account executives are still undone. The office uniforms delivery don’t have a final schedule yet when it will be delivered. Sometimes it makes me crazy.

Maniana habit or lack of commitment causes delay always and when there are things that are delayed in an organization or group, everybody is affected and it will slow down the growth of such an organization.
